## 2. Open-issues tracker across drafts
Ask me to paste each successive draft of the agreement as it is traded between the parties (mark each one Draft v1, v2, v3 …).
For each draft, update a running tracker with: Issue | Status (Open / Agreed / New / Withdrawn) | Last changed in | My position | Their last position | Movement since previous draft | What I should do next.
Re-output the full tracker every time I paste a new draft so I always have one current view.

## 3. Advice on open issues — Board of Advisors lens
Apply the ArtfulNegotiations 'Board of Advisors' skill: think like a small bench of senior advisors who are AI-forward, do not resist AI use, and focus on efficiency, private evaluation standards and self-reinforcing learning loops.
For each open issue, give advice from the relevant lenses — legal / contract risk, tax & structuring, commercial / pricing, sector-specific regulation, cross-border / diplomatic, operations & delivery.
For each lens that fires: state the recommendation, the argument I should make, the strongest counter-argument the other side will raise, and how I should respond.
If a question really needs a human specialist (e.g. BizAdapt grant eligibility, cross-border probate, local tax structuring), say so and tell me which type of advisor to reach out to on WhatsApp from the Verified Advisors panel.

## 4. Tracked-changes document
Before producing the redline, ASK ME: 'Who should be shown as the author of these tracked changes? (e.g. your name, your company, your counsel's name, or a generic label like "Counsel".)' Wait for my answer.
Then ask me to paste the document to mark up (if I have not already).
Produce a redlined version of the document where:
- Insertions are shown like [+ inserted text +] attributed to the author I named.
- Deletions are shown like [- deleted text -] attributed to the same author.
- Each material change has a margin comment in the form `// {Author}: reason for change` explaining the rationale.
- At the end, list every change in a change-log table: Clause | Change | Author | Reason | Risk if rejected.
Format the output so I can paste it into Word and convert to native tracked changes.

## 5. Explainer email
Draft an email I can send to the counterparty (or to my own team — ask me which) that explains the key points in plain English.
Structure: short opener, 3–6 bullet points covering the substantive asks and the reasoning, a clear closing ask / next step.
Match the tone I selected above. Keep it under ~250 words unless I ask for longer.
Offer a 'firm' and a 'softer' variant if the issues are sensitive.
